An ordinance prohibiting the connection of
rain leaders to the sewer system; amending Section
18.07 of the Saint Paul Legislative Gode.
THE COUNGIL OF THE GITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That Section 18.07 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code,
pertaining to the separation of storm drainage from sanitary
sewage, be and the same is hereby amended by adding a new
paragraph to read as follows:
"D. Connections prohibited. Rain leaders or
other connections for stormwater drainage from all
one- and two-family dwellings hereafter erected
shall not be permitted to be connected to the public
combined or sanitary sewer system. ��
Section 2.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty
days from and af ter its passage, approval and publication.
