Supervision Received: Works under the immediate supervision of a higher level manpower coordinator or manpower planner. Supervision Exercised: Exercises close technical supervision over professional, technical and clerical workers. � TYPICAL DUTIES PERFORMID The listed examples may not include all duties performed by all positions in this class. Supervises the operation of units of a manpower project; plans, directs and evaluates the work of the staff assigned to the units. Recommends and i.mplements new or modified methods and procedures. -lnitiates and arbitrates conciliation meetings with clients and staff inembers.' Assists in maintaining working relationships with operating units and agencies to insure coordination of planning and development activities. Prepares periodic reports and program evaluations. Assists in developing policy and procedures and advises staff in applying correct policy and procedures; prepares procedural manuals. Provides input into negotiation and modification program subcontracts as requested. Writes comprehensive narrative proposals and project descriptions.
