RE�50LVED, that the proper City Officials are hereby
authoriz�d and directed to execute an Amendment to the 1979
Collecti e Bargaining Agreement between the City of Saint Paul
and the aint Paul Police Federation, whereby said Agreement
will be a#nended by striking and deleting the residency requirements
as set fo th therein, and substituting in lieu and in place thereof
Section 5 D of the St. Paul Civil 5ervice Rules (C. F. #273378).

This Resolution was considered and approved by the Civil

It is mutw.ally agreed by and between the City of Saint Paul
and St. Paul Police Federation that Article XXVI is amended by
striking and d�leting Paragraph 26.1 in its entirety and substi-
tuting in lieu ',and in place thereof Section 5D of the St. Paul
Personnel Rules, (Council File No. 273378) and as set forth in the
attached Exhibit A to this amendment.
It is furt�er agreed that the 1979 Collective Bargaining
Agreement betwe�n the City of Saint Paul and the St. Paul Police
Federation is i�rt all other respects reaffirmed.
