RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of St. Paul dces hereby approve the
Agreement between the City and the Burlington Northern, Inc. , pertaining to
the improvement by the City at JACKSON STREET BRIDGE N0. 90408, City Project
B-lOgi , and the proper City officers are authorized and directed to execute
the agreement on behalf of the City of St. Paul , a copy of said Agreement to
be maintained on file in the Office of the Department of Finance and Manage-
ment services.
