RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in full to
the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the proper
City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the
Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to:
l. Fireman's Fund Insurance Company and Ron Saxon Ford the sum of
$1,265.00 in full settlement of their claim of damages sustained
on or about January 27 , 1979 , as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on May 8 , 1979 .
2 . Jean Liebgott and John Liebgott the sum of $50 .00 in full settle-
ment of their claim of damages sustained on or about May 14 , 1979 ,
as more particularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on July 3 , 1979 .
3. R. M. Craig the sum of $18 .00 in full settlement of his claim of
damages sustained on or about June 5, 1979 , as more particularly
set out in a communication to the City Council on June 26 , 1979 .
4 . Royden E. Tull th sum of $289 .71 in full settlement of his claim
of damages sustained on or about July 10 , 1979 , as more particu-
larly set out in a communication to the City Council on August 14 ,
1979 .
5 . Vicky Mayer tYie sum of $228 .52 in full settlement of her claim of
damages sustained on or about March 29 , 1979 , as more particularly
set out in a communication to the City Council on April 24 , 1979 .

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL BY
FIREMAN 'S FUND INSURANCE COMPANY AND
RON SAXON FORD; JEAN LIEBGOTT AND JOHN
LIEBGOTT; R. M. CRAIG; ROYDEN E. TULL;
and VICKY MAYER
Claimants , Fireman's Fund Insurance Company and Ron Saxon Ford re-
quest reimbursement for vehicle owned by Ron Saxon Ford and sold
at a police auction without prior notice to Ron Saxon Ford. This
office approves the settlement of their claim in the amount of
$1,265 .00 .
Claimant, Jean Liebgott and John Liebgott, request reimbursement for
damaqes and injuries sustained by John Liebgott when he fell on a
City sidewalk on May 14 , 1979 . Expenses are for medical bills incurred
and replacement of damaged clothing. This office approves the settle-
ment of their claim in the amount of $50 .00 .
Claimant, R. M. Craig, requests reimbursement for damages to his
automobile which was spotted by tar by a City of Saint Paul, Depart-
ment of Public Works , crew on June 5 , 1979 . Expenses are for the
repair of the vehicle. This office approves the settlement of
Mr. Craig's claim in the amount of $18 .00 .
Claimant, Royden E. Tull, was involved in an automobile accident with
a City of Saint Paul, Department of Community Services, vehicle on
July 10 , 1979 . Expenses are for the repair of the damaged vehicle.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. Tull 's claim in the amount
of $289 .71.
Claimant, Vicky Mayer, was involved in an automobile accident with a
City of Saint Paul, Department of Community Services , vehicle on
March 29 , 1979 . Expenses are for the repair of the damages vehicle.
This office approves the settlement of Ms. Mayer's claim in the amount
of $228. 52 .
