RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
authorizes and directs that the proper City officials accept from
Daniel Donald Wozniak and Angela Wozniak on behalf of the City of
Saint Paul, and in a form and manner acceptable to the City Attorney,
a Deed of Dedication for Street Purposes to the following described
property:
(Except streets) That part Easterly of the Minneapolis, St. Paul
and Sault Ste. Marie Railway Company right-of-way, and Northerly of
the Northern Pacific Railway Company right-of-way, of the Northeast
Quarter of the Southwest Qtzarter of Section 19, Township 29 North,
Range 22 West, Ramsey Co unty, Minnesota described as follows :
Commencing at the intersection of the North line of said
Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter with the East line
of Minneapolis, St. Paul and Sault Ste. Marie Railway Company
right-of-way; thence East along said North line to an inter-
sectio� with a line extending North, at right angles to said
North' line, frotn a point on the South line of the North 33 feet
of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, distant
225 feet East, as measured along said South line of the North
33 feet from said East line of railway right-of-way; thence
South along said perpendicular line, a distance of 318 feet;
thence West, at right angles, a distance of 198.46 feet more or
less to said East line of the railway right-of-way; thence
Southerly, along said East line of the railway right-of-way, a
distance of 462.35 feet to its intersection with the South line
of the North 776.00 feet of said Northeast Quarter of the South-
west Quarter; thence North 89 degrees 31 minutes 28 seconds

Valuation a�d Assessment Engineer
Mr. D. D. Wosniak c�wns property a� the southwest corner of Arlington
Avemue and �'ackson Street vrhich he proposes to pl.�at as Arlin�ton
Industrial l�rk. Included in the plat 3.s a proposed s�treet, Trout
Brook Circie. Sc�ne of the prcrpexty is ready to be developed, which
requires the imprave�ment of the proposed street.
Since the plat wi11 not be approved prior to the time the Public Works
and Water Departments are ready to place se�rer and water in the street,
the Public Works Department has asked the develaper to dedicate the
street to the City. The legal description of the propo�ed. Tro�u.t Brook
Circle is attached. The Public Works Department has reviewed the legal
and has deemed 3t acceptable.
I recammend the Ci�y Council approve the attaehed Council Resolution
which wil], authori.ze the grant9.r�g of an ease�ent for the street pa�rposes.
