The records of the Zicense Ihvision show that the A.B.C.
Liquor �Jarehouse, Inc., Off Sale Liquor Licensee at 1055 Payne Ave-
nue indicate that Michael G. Maglich is President, Secretary and
Treasurer and also the sole stockholder.
Proper notice has been received as to a change in officer
and stockholder and name change.
The sole officer now is Patrick J. Maglich, President and
Secretary and he is also the sole stockholder. The name of the cor-
poration is now T�.G.hi. Liquor Warehouse of Payne xvenue, Inc.
This matter has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's office. The recommendation is for
approval.
(The public hearing to transfer this license to the north-
west corner of White Bear Avenue and Suburban Avenue was held on
April !�, 1979 and the move has not been made yet. )
