As we have discussed, your employment will be continued
until such time that the vacancy in Council Seat F is filled.
During that time your duties will be to clean out the files
and complete any other business that may be pending in your
office. You and Vera Oakes will report to me.
Since technically you are no longer a -legislative aide, ____ .
the City Council will pass the attached resolution that you
continue to be paid during this period.
