�jhis matter was referrzd to the License �ommittee at a time when
thers were man7 complaints about cab service in St . Paul. The ~
�ommittee held a discus�ion in October about sompl.aints from senior
� citizens, compaints about serv�ce at the Amtrak station and �eneral
comp].aints about lack oF cab service in St . �'aul. It was a�reed that -
�th� addition of a second cab cxrompany in the City and the airing of the
com�aints should help alleviate the situation, althou�rh the License �
Committee will continue to moniter the issue. The Committee then
referred the matter of the licenses back to the City Council.
