An Administrative Resolution amending the Sa].ary
P1an and Rates of Compensation Resolution by
establishing a rate of pay for the class of Heavy
Equipment Operator.
RE50LVED, that the Sa],ary Plan and Rates of Compensation Resolu-
tion be amended in Section II thereof, by inserting immediately after sub-
section J, the following:
"K The compensation for the class of Heavy Equipment Operator
sha].1 be the wage rates as set forth for the class of Tractor
Operator II in the collective bargaining agreements between the
City of St. Paul., In.dependent School District No. 625, and the
Tri-Counci�, composed of Laborers Loca]. 132, Operating
Engineers Local 49, and Teamsters Local 120. '' .

The Finance Committee, at their meeting of January 15, 1979, recommended -
approval of the following.
1 . Resolution establishing title and class specificatio'n for Housing Code
Specialist in Grade 10 of the Professional-Administrative group. ,.
2. Resolution establishing new title of Meavy Equipment Operator in Section 7
' of Civi] Service Rules under heading "Skilled Labor" and class specification
- for this title. This title will eventually replace title of Tractor Operator III.
�( 3. Resolution establishing wage rate for new title of Heavy Equipment Operatar.
4. Resolution establishing title of Accounting Technician IV in Public Works
Department.
5. Resolution providing budget amendments for contract letting on Baker Muiti
•Service Center. � •
� 6. Resolution providing money to be borrowed from City Market Fund for the
design funds needed for the Highland Parking Ramp project.
