DAULTON, AND RICHARD A. BIEDERMANN Claimant, Brian Fossey, requests reimbursement for damages to his automobile which occurred October 14 , 1978, at or near 2550 West Franklin Avenue. The road was under repair and there was no warning of the construction. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Fossey's claim in the amount of $578. 95. Claimant, Bernice J. Daulton, requests reimbursement for medical expenses which she incurred as a result of a falldown on city sidewalk on June 18, 1978, near State and Concord Streets. This office approves the settlement of Mrs. Daulton's claim in th e amount of $512. 27. Claimant, Rcihard A. Biedermann, requests reimbursement for damages to hsi automobile which was damaged when City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works , crews were working in the area o£ 1011 Edgerton on October 23, 1978. They were using an air hose and bits of rock and sand hit the automobile. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Biedermann's claim in the amount of $197.60. O
