An Administrative Resolution amending tlie Salary
Plan and Rates of Compensation Resolution, striking
out the wage rate for Park Aide I and Park Aide II
and establishing the wage rate for Park Aide.
RESOLVED, that the Salary Plan and Rates of Compensation
Resoluti.on be amended in Section II B thereof, under the heading "Special
Employments", by striking out t,he following: �
"Park Aide I $2. 50 an hour
Park Aide II 3. 50 an hour" ;
and by substituting in lieu thereof, t,he following:
"Park Aide
1 st 400 hours of employment $3. 50 an hour
2nd 400 hour s of employment 3. 75 an hour
3rd 400 hours of employment, and
thereafter 4. 00 a.n hour " .

The Finance Committee, at its meeting of January 8, 1979, recommended
approval of the following: .
1 . Resolution establishing titles of and class specifications for Ecanomic
Development Specialists I, II, I�II and IV.
2. Resolution amending class specification for Payroll Supervisor III by in- y
cludirtg in the duties and responsibilities the Water D�partment Payroll
. Supervisor position. -
3. Resolution establishing new title and specifications for Medical Assista�t •
in Grade 14 to replace the titles of Clinic Aide and Nealth Service Aide II.
4. Resolution replacing class specifications for Refectory Attendant and
Refectory Helper with new specifications which reflect a change in the min-
imum qualifications section concerning educationaT requirements for the�e
. positions.
5. Apprenticeship program for new Firefighters which a�so changes the Discharge
