RESOLVED , That upon execution and delivery of a -
rele�se in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
1. Michael J. Lang the sum of $215.04 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or about
Movember 19, 1978, as more particularly set out in
a communication to the City Council on December 7,
1978.
2. Grant D. Friberg the sum of $120.00 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or about
March, 1978, as more par ticularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on July 6, 1978.
3. Christopher Olson the sum of $125.00 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or about
November 27 , 1977, as more particularly set out in
a communication to the City Council on February 9,
1'978.
4. S�afeco Insurance Company �nd Felix Neveu the sum
o� $409 .80 in full settlement of their claim of
damages sustained on or about May 27 , 1977, as
more par ticularly set out in a communication to
the City Council on December 19, 1978.

CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY MICHAEL J. LANG; GRANT D. FRIBERG;
CHRISTOPHER OLSON; and SAFECO TNSURANCE
COMPANY Al`�D FELIX NEVEU
Claimant, Michael J. Lang, was involved in an automobile acci-
dent with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Police, vehicle
on November 19, 1978. Expenses are for the repair of the
damaged vehicle. This office approves the settlement of
Mr. Lang' s claim in the amount of $215. 04.
Claimant, Grant D. Fr:iberg, requests reimbursement for damages
to his fence which were caused when a City of Saint Paul, Depart-
ment of Public Works, garbage truck backed into the fence in
March, 1978 . This office approves the settlement of Mr. Friberg's
claim in the amount of $120.00 .
Claimant, Christopher Olson, was involved in an automobile acci-
dent with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works,
vehicle on November 27, 1977. Expenses are for the repair of
the damaged vehicle. This office approves the settlement of
Mr. Olson' s claim in the amount of $125.00.
Claimant, �elix Neveu, was involved in an automobile accident
with a Cit� of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works, vehicle
on May 27, 1977. Mr. Neveu is insured by Safeco Insurance
Company. Expenses are for the repair of the damaged vehicle.
This office approves the settlement of their claim in the
amount of $409.00.
