RE: Compromise and settlement of Charlot Rousseau
vs . City of St. Paul, District Court File No.
419834
Plaintiff requested reimbursement for damages for personal
injury resulting from an incident on or about the 26th day
of December, 1975, at the Minnehaha playground, 685 West
Minneh�aha, St. Paul, Minnesota.
This office and court have approved the settlement of this
lawsuit in the amount of $9,000. The plaintiff' s request
for damages was in the amount of $100,000, and past special
damages in the case amounted to $12,000.
