WHEREAS, the City At#sorney, Suzanne E. Flinsch, has
announced her intention to resign from the position of City
Attorney effective May 31, 1979; and
WHEREAS, she ha.s in that position represented the City
of Saint Paul w�.th the highest degree of professionalism and
ability, and the Office of the City Attorney has functioned
under her supervision with a high degree of legal competence;
and ,
WHEREAS, the Council is desirous of expressing its deep
appreciation and gratitude for her service as City Attorney;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby commends Suzanne E. Flinsch for her outstanding
service as City Attorney, and wishes her success in her future
career.
