272913 WHITE - CITV CLERK . � ��' PINK - FINANCE Communit C�unCll (��/ BI.UERV - MAVORTMENT ( y GITY OF SAINT PAUL File� NO. •�� Development) unci esolution Presented By Referred To Committee: Date Out of Committee By Date WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has received 52,650 in land sale proceeds from Community Housing Corporation (CHC) under the terms of the agreement between CHC and the Housing and Redevelopment Authority for the use of $300,000 in Community Development Year II funds; and WHEREAS, Community Housing Corporation has requested permission from the HRA and the City to use a portion of said proceeds to pay certain expenses owed by CHC to the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act (CETA) Program; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that upon the recommendation of the Mayor, the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby authorize the expenditure of $22,180 on behalf of Community Housing Corporation to the CETA Program, said $22,180 to be derived from the funds previously received by the City from Community Housing Corporation.
