An Administrative Resolution amending the Civil
Serv�ice Rules, starring the titles of Jackhammer
Operator and Mortar Mixer in the Ungraded Division.
RESOLVED, that the Civil Service Rules be amended in Section 7
under the heading "Semi-Skilled Labor" by placing a star (�) before the
titles of Jackhammer Operator and Mortar Mixer, and by adding at the
bottom of the page the following statement:
"� This tiitle is abolished except as to present incumbents. " ; and be it
FURTHEPj, RESOLVED, that the Civil Service Rules be further amended
in Section 49 by striking out the class specifications for t�.e titles of
Jackhaxnmer Op�erator and Mortar Mixer.
