RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund, 09070-511-000, to:
1. Joe Pittman the sum of $450 .00 in full settlement
of his claim of damages sustained on or about
January 5, 1979, as more particularly set out in
a communication to the City Council on January 23,
1979.
2. Jeanne L. Shaw the sum of $420.18 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or about
January 29, 1979, as more particularly set out in
a communication to the City Council on March 13,
1979.
3. John A. Nitti the sum of $1,553.17 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or about
September 8, 1978, as more particularly set out in
a communication to the City Council on October 17,
1978 .
4. Mrs. Leo Anderson the sum of $8.49 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or about
January 20, 1979, as more particularly set out in
a communication to the City Council on February 15 ,
1979.

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY JOE PITTMAN; JEANNE L. SHAW;
JOHN A. NITT2; and MRS. LEO ANDERSON
Claimant, Joe Pittman, was involved in an automobile accident with
a City of Saint Paul , Department of Public Works, vehicle on
January 5, 1979. Expenses are for the repair of the damaged
vehicle. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Pittman' s
claim in the amount of $450 . 00.
Claimant, Jeanne L. Shaw, was involved in an automobile accident
with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works, vehicle on
January 29, 1979. Expenses are for the repair of the damaged
vehicle. This office approves the settlement of Ms. Shaw' s claim
in the amount of $420.18.
Claimant, John A. Nitti, was involved in an automobile accident
with a City of Saint Paul , Department of Public Works, vehicle on
September 8, 1978. Expenses are for the repair of the damaged
vehicle. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Nitti's claim
in the amount of $1,553. 17.
Claimant, Mrs. Leo Anderson, requests reimbursement for damages
to her mail box which occurred when it was struck by a City of
Saint Paul, Department of Public Works , snow plow on January 20,
1979. This office approves the settlement of Mrs. Anderson's
claim in the amount of $8.49 .
