RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby author-
ized and directed to execute a Lease Agreement with Ramsey Hill
Properties, Inc. , for the rental by the City of properties at
518 and 524 Selby Avenue for the purposes of a Team Police office
and adjacent parking area; said Lease to terminate February 29,
1980, and requiring the City to pay a monthly rental of $690.00.
