In the Matter of improving S. ROBERT ST. between Concord St. and King St.
by repairing and aurface finishing the existing retaining walls; removing
the deteriorated coping and railings from the top of the walls and
constructing new railings; removing the deteriorated pedestrian bridge
at Stevens St.; replacing the street lighting on top of the existing
walls; overlaying the frontage roads with asphalt; and replacing the
curbs and sidewalks adjacent to the frontage road, where needed,

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 425,300.00—funded 1979 MSA, 1979 PIA 1976 CIB
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 8th day of May� 1479 , at
10:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner.provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
