James Jackson, Defendant and James Jackson, Defendant and Third Party Plaintiff v. City of Saint Paul, Third Party Defendant District Court File No. 424036 Plaintiffs requested reimbursement for damages for personal injuri.es resulting from an incident on or about the 20th day of November, 1975, at the intersection Mendota Avenue, Minnehaha Avenue and East Seventh Street. The defendant James Jackson has made payment to the plaintiffs in full settlement of the above- entitled matter in the amount of $3, 000 and this office has agreed as part of the settlement of this case to pay $1,500 in contribution to the defendant James Jackson' s insurance company in full and final settlement of this lawsuit. This office approves the settlement. The third party complaint against the City of Saint Paul alleged that the City was liable for all or part of the sums that may be adjudged against the third party plaintiff James Jackson in favor of the plaintiffs Betty LeClaire and James LeClaire. �
