RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
l. INA Corporation, Pau1 Askegaard, and Ardelle Askegaard
the sum of $252.50 in full settlement of their claim
of damages sustained on or about May 30 , 1978, as
more particularly set out in a communication to the
City Council on June 22, 1978.
2. William H. Pankratz the sum of $289.15 in full
settlement of his claim of damages sustained on or
about November 7, 1978, as more particularly set
out in a communication to the City Council on
December 14, 1978.
3. Harry E. Burns the sum of $288.08 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or about
January 27 , 1979, as more particularly set out in
a communication to the City Council on February 8,
1979.

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL BY
INA CORPORATION, PAUL ASKEGAARD, AND
ARDELLE ASKEGAARD; WILLIAM H. PANKRATZ;
AND HARRY E. BURNS
Claimants, INA Corporation, Paul Askegaard, and Ardelle Askegaard,
request reimbursement for damages to the Askegaards' vehicle which
was involved in an automobile accident with a City of Siant Paul,
Department of Public Works, vehicle on May 30 , 1978. This office
approves the se�tlement of their claim in the amount of $252. 50.
Claimant, William H. Pankratz, was involved in an automobile acci-
dent with a City of Saint Paul , Department of Public Works, vehicle
on November 7 , 1978 . Expenses are for the repair of the damaged
vehicle. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Pankratz''
claim in the amount of $289. 15 .
Claimant, Harry E. Burns, was involved in an automobile accident
