It is also our understanding that, in the event this project is abandoned by Gustavus Adolphus Lutheran Church, the church will reimburse all costs incurced by the City relating to this Assessment. In addition, Gustaws Adolphus Lutheran Church waives its rights to a public heazing and its rights to appeal of this assessment.
