WF�EREAS, The Ci ty Counci 1 , pursuant to Cha�p ter 21 of the Adminis-
trativ� fode, did hoid a public hearing onM/}K�+�l ��� i979, in the City
Counci� Cha�ers for the purpose of establishing the level of services
of Streat Maintenance to be performed in the City of St. Paul and the
amount af service charges to be levied against benefitted property;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby
determTne that the program of Street Maintenance Services to be performed
within the City of Saint Paul shall be in the manner as set forth and
described in the attached report of the Department of Public Works , and
the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized to perform the necessary
work as set forth in said report and shall , in accordance with said
Chapter 21 of the Administrative Code, keep an accurate record of all
costs attributable to the program and report such info�mation to the
Department of Finance and Management Services.
