In the Matter of improving MAGI�LIA-I�NDOTA in District 5, under the Residential
Street Paving Program by constructing bituminaus roadways with concrete
curb and gutter, sidewalks, dirveways, storm water drainage facilities,
ornamental lighting and all other work necessary and incidental to said
improvement. All roadway improvements shall be referred to as Public Works
Project No. P-0732C and ornamental lighting shall be referred to as Public
Works Project No. V-0649C.
Streets to be improved include the following:
E. MAGNOLIA AVE. from Arcade St. to Forest St.
NtENDOTA ST. from E. Magnolia Ave. to E. Jessamine Ave.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 133,900— Funded 1979 Capital Imp. Bonds $133,900
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 24th day of April, 1979 , at
10:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
