RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
1. Ruthelle West the sum of $91.50 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or
about January 22, 1979, as more particularly set
out in a communication to the City Council on
February 6, 1979.
2. Owen M. Smith the sum of $163.37 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or
about November 13, 1978, as more particularly set
out in a communication to the City Council on
November 30 , 1978 .
3. Imogene Gagliardi the sum of $354.23 in full
settlement of her claim of damages sustained on
or about July 21, 1978, as more particularly set
out in a communication to the City Council on
February l, 1979.

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY RUTHELLE WEST, OWEN M. SMITH,
AND IMOGENE GAGLIARDI
Claimant, Ruthelle West, was involved in arn automobil� accident
with a City of Saint Paul , Department of Public Works, vehicle
on January 22, 1979. Expenses are for the repair of the damaged
vehicle. This office approves the settlement of Ms. West' s
claim in the amount of $91.50 .
Claimant, Owen M. Smith, was involved in an automobile accident
with a City of Saint Paul , Department of Public Works, vehicle
on November 13, 1978. Expenses are for the repair of the damaged
vehicle. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Smith ' s
claim in the amount of $163.37 .
Claimant, Imogene Gagliardi, was involved in an automobile acci-

vehicle on July 21, 1978. Expenses are for the repair of the
