RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
1. Mrs. Margaret Beran the sum of $466.66 in full
settlement of her claim of damages sustained on
or about February 2, 1979, as more particularly
set out in a communication to the City Council
on February 20, 1979.
2. Stanley W. Smith the sum of $135.00 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or about
January 4 , 1979, as more pa.rticularly set out in
a communication to the City Council on February 6,
1979.
3. Bernard T. Holland the sum of $550.00 in full
settlement of his claim of damages sustained on
or about January 22, 1979, as more particularly
set out in a communication to the City Council
on January 30 , 1979.

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY MRS. AMRGARET BERAN, STANLEY W.
SMITH, AND BERNARD T. HOLLAND
Claima.nt, Mrs. Margaret Beran, was involved in an automobile
accident with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Police,
vehicle on February 2, 1979. Expenses are for the repair of
the damaged vehicle. This office approves the settlement of
Mrs. Beran' s claim in the amount of $466.66 .
Claimant, Stanley W. Smith, was involved in an automobile acci-
dent with a City of Saint Paul , Department of Public Works,
vehicle on January 4, 1979. Expenses are for the repair of
the damaged vehicle. This office approves the settlement of
Mr. Smith's claim in the amount of $135.00.
