WHEREAS, the creation of an Examining Board for Truth-in-Housing Evaluators was
authorized by Council File No. 27194i , adopted by the Council on February 15, 1979, and
approved by the Mayor on February 16, 1979; and
WHEREAS, such Board is required by Council policy to consist of nine members, one of
whom shall be the Supervisor of Code Enforcement or his designee, a representative
of the building trades, a representative of the legal profession, a representative of
the financial community, a representative of the contracting business, a representative
of the real estate business, a representative of the architectural or engineering
professions, and two citizen members, whose terms shall initially be staggered three-
year terms as selected by the Mayor; and thereafter terms shall be for a period of
three years; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed the following persons:
One-year terms, �iring on March 25, 1980
