WHEREAS: the City of West Saint Paul has given the City of Saint Paul
a check for $1,749.00 to be used by the City of Saint Paul to meet expenses
in the gas rate hearings, now therefore be it
Resolved, that the City of Saint Paul accepts the $1,749.00 from the �
City of West Saint Paul and directs that the money be used for the gas rate
hearings� and be it
Further Resolved, that the City Council expresses its appreciation to the
City pfficials of West Saint Paul for their support; and be it
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to send a copy
of this resolution to the City of West Saint Paul.
