in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers
are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to: Alan J. Weier the sum of
$261, 222. 50 in full settlement of his claim for damages and
injuries sustained June 8, 1968, as more particularly set out
in a communication to the City Cov.ncil on February 13, 1974.
