RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release
in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers
are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to: David J. Weier, the sum
of $22, 125.00 in full settlement of his claim for damages and
injuries sustained June 8, 1968, as more particularly set out
in a communication to the City Council on Februa.ry 13, 1974.

settlements
These settlements have been discussed with the various members
of the City Council so that they would be aware of the ngture
of the case when the resolutions for settlement were presented.
We would be happy to have representatives from the City Attorney' s
office present at the time that these resolutions are considered
in the event tha.t any questions concerning them have arisen in
the meantime.
