PERTINENT FACTS: 1. The Memorandum of Agreement is for a one-year period, May i, 2001, through April 30, 2002. 2. The fanguage provisions of the previous contract remain unchanged, except for necessary changes to Appendix C(Salary) and Appendix D(Benefits). 3. The District has 4 regular FTE in this bargaining unit. 4. Wage and benefits changes reflect prevailing wage. 5. The maintenance of buildings promotes a quality learning environment that supports the teaching target of preparing all students for life. . • 6. This request is submitted by Susan Gutbrod, Negotiations/Labor Relations Assistant Manager; Wayne Arndt, Negotiations/Labor Relations Manager; Richard Kreyer, Executive Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations; Patrick Quinn, Executive Director of School Services; and Lois Rockney, Executive Director of Business and Financial Affairs. RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of Education of independent School District No. 625 approve and adopt the Memorandum of Agreement concerning the terms and conditions of employment of those employees in this school district for whom Sheet Metal Workers International Association, Local 10, is the exclusive representative; duration of said agreement is for the period of May 1, 2001 through April 30, 2002. • � o�-c�s�{ MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT � 2001-2002 TERMS AND CONDITTONS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR SHEET METAL WORKERS This Memorandum of Agreement is by and between Independent School District No. 625 ("District"), Employer, and the Sheet Metal Workers Internarional Associauon, Local 10, exclusive representative for sheet metal workers. The purpose of this agreement is to establish terms and conditions of employment for the period May 1, 2001, through Apri130, 2002. PERTTNENT FACTS: The emp3oyment agreement with School District sheet metal workers requires a wage reopener for the third year, May 1, 2001 through April 30, 2002. The terms and conditions in the 1999-2002 contract, except for Appendices C and D, will remain in force through April 30, 2002. Revised Appendices C and D are attached to this Memorandum of Agreement constitute the annual wage/benefit changes for this group for the period May 1, 2001, through Apri130, 2002. T'he purpose of this agreement is to establish terms and conditions of employment for the period May 1, 2001, through April 30, 2002. PERTINENT FACTS: The employment agreement with School District roofers requires a wage reopener for the third year, May 1, 2001 through April 30, 2002. The terms and conditions in the 1999-2002 contract, except for Appendices C and D, will remain in force through April 30, 2002.
