BE IT RESOLVED That the Council approves a grant application made in the
name of the City of Saint Paul to the Economic Development Administration,
U.S. Department of Commerce, for planning assistance monies for planning
economic development activities; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and the proper City officials are hereby
authorized to make such grant application and to execute all necessary
contracts on behalf of the City of Saint Paul with the Economic Development
Administration, U.S. Department of Commerce in the administration of
said grant.
