RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby authorize the proper City officials to enter into a
Business Lease Agreement and an Agreement to Demolish and Grant
of Right of Entry between the City and Robert G. Rosen and Clarice
E. Rosen, said Lease being for a term commencing February 1 , 1979
to March 31, 1979, providing that said tenants may remain on the
premises at no monitary compensation, but for the consideration of
their execution of said Grant of Right of Entry in favor of the
City to demolish and remove certain buildings and fixtures from
contiguous , tenant-owned land.

THIS AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN the
CITY OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA, a municipal
co�poration (hereinafter "City")
and
P.OBERT G. RC?SEN and CL�IRICE E. ROSEN,
husband and wife, (hereinafter "Grantors")
1. WHEREAS, an action in erninent domain has been commenced
entitled City of Saint Paul, Minnesota v. Robert G. Rosen and
Clarice E. Rosen, etal. , wherein certain lands owned by said
Grantors have been taken by petitioner City of Saint Paul, Pdinnesota,
said lands taken being more particularly described as :
All of Lot Fifteen (15) , except the:� South Si.xty
(60) feet thereof, Block One (1) , Michel ' s
Subdivision of Block 4 , Stinson's Division.
2. WHEREAS, Gertain immovable fixtures were taken in condemnation
which fixtures were located on the realty above, as well as on the
contiguous realty thereto, also owned by Grantors, more particulasly
described as:
All of Lot Twelve (12) and a11 af Lot Fourteen
(14) , except the South Sixty (60) feet thereof,
and all of Lot Thirteen (13) , except the South
Sixty (60) feet of the West Thirty (30) feet
thereof all in Block One (1) , of Miche� ' s Sub-
division of Block 4 , Stinsoh' s Division.
The immovable fixtures taken are listed and designated on the attached
Exhibit "A° and their locations , in part, appear on a map attached
hereto as Exhibit "B" . �
3. WHEREAS , a certain lease has been executed co.ntemparaneously
herewith providing that Grantors may remain on the land taken as
lessees of the City until 1�Iarch 31 , 1979 , rent free.
NOW THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows :
4 . Commencing on April l, 1979 and to be campleted within 90
days thereafter, City agrees to demolish and remove the portion of
the main building which now lies on the realty described in paragraph 2

for a period of ninety days commencing April l, 1979 , the right to
enter upon the following described property located in Ramse�
County, Minnesota, for the purpose of removing or demolishing the
portion of the main building thereon together with all immovable
fixtures listed in the attached Exhibit� "P;" :
