Anderson' s Addition, the center line of the eassement is described
as follows:
Be�inning at the southeast corner of the northeast
quarter of Section 3, Township 28 north, Range 22
west; thenee north along the east section line of
said section 3 on ar� assumed bearin�; North 0° 00' ,
a distanee of 74�4.18 feet; thence south 89° 00' west,
a distance of 33.01 feet, to the point of beginr�i�g
of a line to be described; thence south 89° 40' west
a distance of 227 feet & there terminating.
Also a temporary construction easement lying � feet in �idth on
both sides of tMe above described easement, said temporary ease-
ment to �xpire Decemb�r 31, 1979, or upon completion of the
pro�ect; whichever oceurg first.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof

�P�'�� �7f� , at 10:00 dclock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hail and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
