WHEREAS, the Office of License, Inspections and Environmental Protection has been
informed of a change in corporate stnxcture which will transfer its restaurant operation from Buca
(Gannon Road), Inc. to Buca Restaurants 2, Inc. and has received a request to change the name of
the licensee to Buca Restaurants 2, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, both Buca (Gannon Road), Inc. and Buca Restaurants 2, Ina aze wholly-
owned subsidiaries of Buca, Inc., a publicly traded corporation and the principal officers remain
the same; and
WHEREAS, transfer of licenses is prohibited by the Saint Paul Legislarive Code but
§409.11(c) provides that publicly owned corporations whose stock is traded on the open market
may comply with the requirements for notification of transfer of stock by submitting a list of
shareholders upon renewal to the City Council; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the name of the licensee under License # 0032727 shall be changed
from Buca (Gannon Road), Inc. d/b/a Buca to Buca Restaurants 2, Inc., d/b/a Buca di Beppo.
