set out in a communication to the City Council on
January 25, 1979.
3. F. E. Krieglmeier the sum of $34. 76 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or
about April 15, 1978, as more particularly set
out in a communication to the City Council on
April 27 , 1978.

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY MRS. MARION M. VENAGLIA, KAREN M.
NEUENFELDT, AND F. E. KRIEGLMEIER
Claimant, Mrs. Marion M. Venaglia, requests reimbursement for
damages to her basement with a city sewer backed up into the
basement. Expenses are for the clean up and damage to the
basement. This office approves the settlement of Mrs. Venaglia's
claim in the amount of $1,564.20 .
Claimant, Karen M. Neuenfeldt, was involved in an automobi le
accident with a City of Saint Paul , Department of Publ ic Works,
snow plow on November 17, 1978. Expenses are for the repair of
the vehicle. This office approves the settlement of Ms. Neuenfeldt' s
claim in the amount of $346 .33.
Claimant, F. E. Krieglmeier, requests reimbursement for damages
to his daughter's bicycle which was damaged when the rear wheel
dropped into a grating of the catch basin near 840 South Point
Douglas Road on April i5, 1978. This office approves the settle-
ment of Mr. Krieglmeier's claim in the amount of $34.76.
