In the Matterof opening, widening and extending the alley in Blk. 10, Denslow's Re.,
by takin� and condemnin� an easement for a11ey purposes on, over and across the
south 20 feet of the east 20 feet of Lot 6 in said Blk. 10.
Also, acquiring a permanent easement for sewer purposes by taking and condemning
the east 20 feet of Lot 6, Blk. 10, Denslow's Re.
Also,
Taking and condemning an easement in the land necessary for the slopes, cuts and
fills, including right of removal of lateral support from subject land or remain-
der thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of slopes in the
grading and pavin� of the alley in Block 10, Denslow's Re.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said rep ort and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 1,680.00, to be reimbursed by assessment with grading projeet.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 20th day of
Maz'Ch, l� , at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
