WE�REAS, on August 25, 1977, the City Council of Saint
Paul passed Resolution Number 269650 reappointing Councilman
Victor J. Tedesco to a term ending July 18, 1979 on the
Metropolitan Airports Commission; and
WHEREAS, state law provides in Minnesota Statute 473.604
that the City Council of Saint Paul could in 1977 appoint one
of its representatives to a four-year term ending July 1, 1981;
and
WHEREAS, it appears that the City Council made an error
in appointing Councilman Tedesco to a term other than one end-
ing July 1, 1981; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby amend Resolution Number 269650 dated July 18, 1977 to
provide that the term of office for Councilma.n Tedesco on the
Metropolitan Airports Commission shall end July 1, 1981.
