Ms. Northouse had been told the parking ban was li�ted by Alice Murphy from the Mayor 's Tnformation and Complaint O��ice. This office approves the settlem�nt of Ms. Northouse's claim in the amount of $3Q .Q0. Claimant, Norman A. Ternes, requests reimbursement for damages to his automobile which occurred when his vehicle went over large holes on Berry And Franklin Streets. There was some construction going on in the area and no warning signs had been posted to alert drivers of the condition. This of�ice approves the settlement of Mx.
