Iowa. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Public Works Department--Donald Nygaard, Kent Schonberger and Allen � , Shetka--John Harwood of the consulting firm of Orr, Schelen, Mayeron & Associates, Inc. ; State Representative Randy Kelly; Kenneth Haider of the • City of Maplewood; Legislative Aide, Karl Neid, Jr.; and over 50 residents from the area. After considerable testimony and discussion, the Public � Works Committee approved the recommendations made by the Public Works - Department. In addition, the Chairman of the Committee was instructed to draft a resolution for the .City Council requesting Ramsey County to re-evaluate- the market value for real estate tax purposes of properties that have been damaged by floods or other natural disasters.
