RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release
in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability
Fund 09070-511-000, to: Robert Bruce, the sum of $7, 500.00 in
full settlement of his claim for damages and injuries sustained
July 9, 1976, as more particularly set out in a communication
to the City Council on July 29, 1976.

by Robert Bruce
Claimant, Robert Bruce, requests reimbursement for dama.ges and
injuries sustained on July 9, 1976, as a result of an incident
arising out of an arrest by poliee officers at or near Sixth
and West 5eventh Streets .
This office approves the settlement of this claim in the amount
of $7, 500.
