Street by condemning and taking an easement for street purposes
on, over and across the following described land;
The west 30 feet of Lots 17 & 29 Cottage Homes
lying between the southerly right-of-way Iine
of Wheelock Parkway and the northwesterZy
ri�ht-of-way line of the St. Paul & Northern
Pacific Railway Company;
Also, the west 50 feet of Lot 28, Cottage Homes
lying between the southerly right-of-way line
of Ivy Avenue a.nd the northwesterly right-of-
way line of the St. Paul and Idorthern Pacific
Railwa.y Caa�rpany;
Also, except the west 30 feet that part o� Lot
29, Cottage Homes lying between the northwesterly
right=of-way line of the St. Paul and Northern .
Paci�.c Railway Company and a line 50 feet north-
under Administrative O: westerly of and paxatl.el to said northwesterly
right-of-way line;
Also, condemning and taking an easement for drainage purposes on

support from subject land or remainder thereof, occasioned by
excavations thereof or construction of slopes in the grading of
Cohansey from Northern Pacific Railway ta Wheelock Parkway and
