WHEREAS, pursuant to authorization by law and upon
advice of the counci:l, the Mayor has appointed Clark
Armstead, 1'740 Hillcrest Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota,
to fill the unexpired term of Jean MeGinley as a member
of the Planning Commission of the City of Saint Paul,
said term to expire September 15, 1980; now, therefore ,
be it
RESOLVED, That said appointment is hereby cont�urred
in and in all respects approved and ratified.
