WHEREAS, Yellow Cab Company and its president, Robert Janecek,
were notified of the hearing to be held before the Council of the
City of Saint Paul at 10:00 a.m. , July 24, 1979, to consider the
suspension of the licenses issued to Yellow Cab Company for failure
to comply with the ordinance and statutory insurance requirements;
and
WHEREAS, The Licensee was represented before �he Council by
James Miley, Esq. ; and
WHEREAS, It was undisputed that the Licensee does not have
insurance as required by Minnesota Statutes, Section 65B.48 and
Section 152.06 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code; and
WHEREAS, After discussion, it was moved that the licenses
currently issued to the Yellow Cab Company be suspended until such
ti.me as Yellow Cab Company produces evidence of liability insurance
in accordance with the aforementioned statute and ordinance; naw,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL:

hereb ��S � u°�ntil such time as evidence is
y presented to the
office of the City Attorney and the office of the License Inspector
proving that the Yellow Cab Company has insurance within the limits
of Minnesota Statutes, Section 65B.48, et seq. , and Section 152.06
of the Saint Paul Legislative Code.
