BI.UE - MAVOR �i��t��Z Council Resolution -� Presented By Referr d To Committee: Date Out of Committee By Date RESOLUTION APPROVING ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION AND BY-LAWS OF DISTRICT HEATING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION WHEREAS, the District Heating Development Corporation (Corporation) is in the process of incorporating pursuant to the Minnesota Non-profit Corporations Act, Minn. Stat. RESOLVED that the Mayor and members of the City Council pledge their full support for the proposed District Heating Development Corporation; and, be it FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and members of the City Council hereby approve the Articl� of Incorporation of the District Heating Development Corporation and additionally approve the selection of the members of the Board of Directors designated in the Articles of Incorporation of the District Heating Develop- ment Corporation; and, be it FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council hereby approve the proposed By-Laws of the District Heating Development Corporation; and, be it FINALLY RESOLVED that the May�r, members of City Council, and all appropriate City staff will continue to work in close cooperation with the District Heating Development Corporation to provide assistance where necessary to ensure successful operation of the corporation.
