The Sa.int Paul-Ramsey Arts and Science Council makes
application for a Gambling Session to be held on August 3, 1979
at the Arts ar�l :7cience Center, 30 E. Tenth Street. The drawing
will be held on that date after 8:00 P.M., it is called the South
Pacific Sweepstakes.
The application has been made by President Frank Maxzi-
telli, and the manager in charge will be James D. Borland, Jr.
This application has been reviewed by the License and
Permit Ihvision and the City Attorney's office. The recommend-
ation is for a}�proval.
