PURPOSE AND RATIONALE FOR THIS ACTI4N:
During the preparation of th� 1979 budget, the suia of �6,25Q was �
placed in the contingent reserve .for the Neighborhood Justice
. C�nt�r with the understanding that the release of this money was
dependent on the Center obtaining a renewal of its grant trom the :
State. The attached letter indicate5 that continued funding from� ,
. that source has been assured. The attached resolution wi11 transfer`
the ntcaney 5et aside in the reserve and ,ma.ke it available for ,
forwarding to the Center.

year in the amount of $6,250.00. t,le would aPpreciate f t if this
money could be forwarded to us at your earliest eonvenience. '
We were fortunate enough to be funded again by the State of
ttinnesota for the next two years. This will require as in the past
10% or $9,500.00 per year local match. T�Je caould appreciate it if
you would place us in next year's budget providing us with the
required match.
