A copy of a police report dated October 13, 1977, prepared by Officer Rollins, concerning a proposition from Cheryl Lee Mann at 606 Rice Street, to engage in sexual activities for money. 2: A certified copy of a sentencing order in the action State of Minnesota vs . Cheryl Lee Mann resulting from Ms. Mann' s plea of guilty to the aforementioned charge of engaging in prostitution. 3. A copy of a police report dated September 15, 1977 , prepared by Officer Lind, concerning an offer to engage in prostitution from Cynthia Ann Crawford at 606 Rice Street. 4. A copy of a police report dated June 1, 1979, prepared by Sergeant Bohn, concerning an offer from Lisa Ann Block to engege in prostitution at 606 Rice Street. 5. Lonetree: I would like to express my support for the proposed City Council Resolution to appropriate $3,571 .41 for match on the 1976-1977 Native American Youth Project. The City of St. Paul is committed to assisting the local Native American population in obtaining necessary services. The Native American Youth project has been instrumental in providing support to young people of the Native American community, when they were most in need. The numerous efforts by the American Indian Center staff to raise the required 1976-1977 match are greatly appreciated. Fund raising is a difficult task; goals cannot always be met. Now the time has come for the City of St. Paul to relieve the American Indian Center of this parti- cular fund raising burden. The American Indian Center has made reasonable efforts to raise the necessary funds.
