by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
l. John J. DeNoma the sum of $351 .85 in full settlement
of his claim of damages sustained on or about
January 18, 1979, as more pa.rticularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on April 5, 1979.
2. American Family Insurance and John Bovee the sum of
$838.98 in full settlement of their claim of damages
sustained on or about September 21, 1978, as more
particularly set out in a communication to the City

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SA�NT PAUL BY
JOHN J. DeNOMA; and AMERICAN FAMILY
INSURANCE and JOHN BOVEE
Claimant, John J. DeNoma, was involved in an automobile accident
with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Police, vehicle on
January 18, 1979. Expenses are for the repair of the damaged
vehicle. This office approves the settlement of Mr. DeNoma' s
claim in the amount of �,351..�5 . �
Claimant, John Bovee, requests reimbursement for damages to his
motor vehicle which was c3amaged when a tree fell from a truck
owned by the City of Saint Paul , Departsnent of Community Services,
on September 21, 1978. Mr. Bovee is insured by American Family
�nsurance which has a subrogation claim. This office approves
the settlement of their claim in the amount of $838.98.
